Terms of Service
Terms for using Prentice workflow services.
These terms describe the limited operational role Prentice plays in supporting lead follow-up workflows for service businesses.
Service role
Prentice provides workflow, task, email, survey, estimate, reporting, and mobile notification tools. Prentice is not the cleaning service provider and does not set service pricing, scheduling availability, or service outcomes.
Prentice helps organize lead follow-up work, but it does not guarantee that any lead will become a customer, that any estimate will be accepted, or that every communication, notification, task, or workflow event will be delivered or displayed without delay or error.
Permitted use
Prentice may be used for operational communication and workflow management related to a customer's service request, including survey collection, estimate preparation, estimate delivery, scheduling coordination, and follow-up.
Users may not use Prentice to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications; interfere with the service; attempt to access another workspace without authorization; or upload content they do not have the right to use.
Operator responsibilities
Operators remain responsible for reviewing lead information, surveys, messages, estimates, pricing, files, notes, tasks, and customer communications before relying on them or sending them. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their estimates and for complying with applicable laws, franchise requirements, customer-contact rules, consent requirements, and do-not-contact or opt-out requests.
Prentice may provide templates, reminders, suggested content, task prompts, reports, or workflow indicators. These are operational aids only and are not legal, financial, tax, compliance, or professional advice.
Text messaging
Prentice does not currently send automated customer SMS messages. The app may help an operator prepare a manual text message, but the operator remains responsible for deciding whether and how to send it from their own device and messaging service.
Availability and support
Lepard Solutions works to keep Prentice useful, reliable, and responsive, and will make reasonable efforts to investigate and help resolve issues reported by users. The service may still be unavailable, delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or limited from time to time because of maintenance, bugs, third-party providers, network conditions, account configuration, customer devices, or events outside Lepard Solutions' reasonable control.
Third-party services
Prentice depends on third-party providers for hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery, mobile push notifications, connected-account services, and related infrastructure. Lepard Solutions is not responsible for outages, delays, delivery failures, policy changes, or errors caused by those third-party services, though it may help troubleshoot issues where reasonable.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prentice is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Lepard Solutions does not warrant that Prentice will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from data loss, or that the service will meet every business need or produce any particular result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lepard Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost leads, lost goodwill, service interruption, data loss, communication delays, missed follow-up, or substitute services, even if Lepard Solutions has been advised that those damages may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lepard Solutions' total liability for claims relating to Prentice will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to Lepard Solutions for Prentice during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply where prohibited by law.
Indemnity
Users and customer businesses agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lepard Solutions harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their use of Prentice, their customer communications, their content or data, their estimates or service work, their violation of these terms, or their violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes and suspension
Lepard Solutions may update Prentice or these terms from time to time. Lepard Solutions may also limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, prevent misuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to security or operational concerns.
Written agreements
If a customer has a separate written agreement with Lepard Solutions, that agreement controls where it directly conflicts with these public terms.
