Privacy Policy
How Prentice handles lead and app data.
This Privacy Policy explains what Lepard Solutions collects through Prentice, why it is collected, and how it is used to support lead follow-up workflows.
Information we collect
Prentice stores operator account information such as name, email address, user profile details, workspace membership, notification preferences, and mobile push subscription tokens when push notifications are enabled.
Prentice also stores lead and customer information used for workflow operations. This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, service addresses, cleaning preferences, survey responses, uploaded photos, estimate files, email history, manual text logs, internal notes, tasks, and workflow events.
Prentice may also process technical information needed to operate the service, such as authentication/session data, request logs, device or installation identifiers for push notifications, and delivery metadata from email, mobile push, and related service providers.
How we use information
Information is used to help service-business operators respond to inquiries, collect estimate details, prepare and send estimates, manage follow-up tasks, receive mobile push notifications, and keep an accurate workflow history.
Prentice does not sell personal information or use customer lead data for third-party advertising. Customer-facing automated SMS is not currently active in Prentice. If an operator chooses to text a customer, Prentice may prepare the text content and phone number, but the operator sends the message manually from their own device.
Service providers
Prentice uses service providers to operate the app, including cloud hosting, database and file storage, authentication, email delivery, connected email account integrations, and mobile push notification delivery. These providers process data to provide Prentice's app functionality.
Depending on the workspace configuration, these providers may include infrastructure, database, email, SMS, mobile push, and connected-account providers such as Vercel, Supabase, Postmark, Twilio, Firebase, Microsoft, and similar vendors used to run the service.
Security
Prentice uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect account, lead, communication, and workflow data. These include authenticated access, workspace-scoped records, encrypted network transmission through the app's service providers, and limited access to production systems.
No software service can guarantee perfect security or uninterrupted availability. Customers and operators should use strong passwords, keep account access limited to authorized users, and promptly report suspected security or account issues.
Retention and deletion
Prentice retains account, lead, communication, and workflow records for operational, audit, and compliance purposes. Users or customers may request deletion, export, or correction by emailing support@lepardsolutions.com. Some records may be retained when reasonably needed for security, legal, compliance, backup, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Customer and operator responsibilities
Businesses using Prentice are responsible for the lead and customer information they submit to the service, for having an appropriate basis to contact those customers, and for honoring customer contact preferences, opt-outs, do-not-contact requests, franchise rules, and applicable communication laws.
